Reach Out If You're Not Happy

Our company makes Global Entry forms easy for you. We think that when you apply for a global card, it should be hassle-free.

Our refund policy is fair. You are important to us. We want you to be happy with the service we give.

Our terms are laid out in the form you filled out. You checked a box to say that you grasped them. We provide application form checking and processing.

Our goal is to answer all of your questions, to set up your secure login profile, to thoroughly check your data, to submit it to the government website and to get your application to the Pending Review stage within 48 hours. If your application contains missing information, this will take longer whilst we wait for you to email the data to us.

If you are not happy with the service you signed up for, we are happy to refund the service fee via our payment provider. You can request a refund by sending us an email. This is the fastest way to receive your money back. You should include your name and the word REFUND in the subject line. We will refund your payment within 24 hours of receiving it.

If you file a dispute with our payment provider, your funds will be withheld until they have evaluated your case. This can take up to 5 working days. If you file a chargeback with your bank, your funds will not be returned until the bank has communicated with our payment provider regarding the circumstances. This can take up to 14 working days.

You must make your refund request within 180 days of receiving our email confirming successful payment for our services. After this period, no refunds will be given, except in exceptional circumstances.

When you make your refund request you will receive an email from us confirming that your refund will be issued. We will also delete all of your data (excluding your name, email address and the product your purchased) from our database, no further action is required.
